CSU Weld County Extension Office will be closed November 11th for Veterans Day.
The Junior Livestock Sale is an annual prestigious event and is the culmination of the Weld County Fair. The top animals nominated and eligible for the Sale include all Grand and Reserve Grand Champions in each of seven species. Buyers at the Junior Livestock Sale have the opportunity to bid on animals outright or support exhibitors by committing to an Add On, which is money added onto the sale of any animal. Buyers also have the option of donating the meat from the animal to the Weld County Food Bank.
The 2025 Weld County Junior Livestock Sale was held on Monday, July 28, 2025, at Greeley's Island Grove Park Event Center and raised an impressive $1,641,965.00.
The 2026 Junior Livestock Sale is set for Monday, July 27th, again at the Island Grove Regional Park Event Center. Looking forward to seeing you there!
