Weld County Fair will be a source of community pride among county residents by providing an educational showcase for 4-H and FFA members, members of other youth groups and residents to exhibit their accomplishments in the areas of agriculture, general and natural sciences, family consumer sciences and county projects. The Weld County Fair will provide a safe atmosphere for positive competition for those who choose to participate.
The purpose of the Weld County Fair is to provide a venue for those participants in 4-H, FFA, other youth groups and residents to display their completed projects to be evaluated by well qualified judges. These projects will be given awards as merited and displayed in a professional manner for all fair attendees to enjoy. The fair will be held in a safe pleasant facility that provides venues appropriate to the project presented. Key components to the fair are education and promotion of agricultural located within Weld County. It is the goal of the Fair to include as many residents of Weld County from as diversified backgrounds and age groups as possible to provide an opportunity for those fair-goers to experience the full spectrum of exhibits and activities that are part of the fair.
